Hospitality Officer

Not a traditional office, but a warm community where service and experience come first. To bring that experience to life every day, we’re looking for a Hospitality Officer who gets energy from people, service and quality.
Role:
As Hospitality Officer, you are — together with the Location Manager — the face of Fosbury & Sons Alfons. You are the first point of contact for our members and visitors, making sure everyone feels welcome from the moment they arrive.
You work closely with and report directly to the Location Manager. Together, you make sure every detail is taken care of, from a perfectly served coffee to a smoothly organised meeting. You help lift the everyday experience to a higher level.
Reception & bar
• You welcome members and guests with a smile
• You manage incoming calls and emails
• You prepare and serve coffee and drinks
• You handle incoming and outgoing post and parcels
Community & experience
• You actively help build a warm and positive community
• You stay close to our members, listen to their feedback and respond to their needs
• You help create a professional, welcoming atmosphere every day
Meetings & events
• You support the Location Manager with meetings and events
• You prepare meeting rooms and ensure every set-up is just right
• You coordinate catering with our partners, from breakfast and lunch to snacks
• You tidy up afterwards and make sure everything is ready again
Cleanliness & order
• You help maintain the look and feel of the entire location
• You keep the bar, meeting rooms and shared spaces tidy
• You refill service points and spot what can be improved
Stock management
• You monitor and replenish stock, including coffee, drinks and supplies
• You flag and order what is needed in time
• You receive deliveries and check quality and food safety
• You manage empty bottles and returns
Qualifications & requirements:
Talen: Nederlands (zeer goed), basis Frans en Engels
Opleiding: Office management of gelijkwaardig door ervaring. Ervaring in hospitality of onthaal is mooi meegenomen, maar jouw attitude en energie maken het verschil.
Werkuren: ca. 8u30 – 17u (flexibel bij events)
Avonduren: occasioneel
Weekendwerk: sporadisch
